Shipping Policy

• We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation on WhatsApp.
• Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Express shipping is available for select pin codes at an additional charge.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• Flat ₹49 shipping charge on orders below ₹999.
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products.
• Jewelry items can be exchanged within 7 days if undamaged and in original packaging.
• Cosmetics are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons.
• To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
